How do I sign up for the LEVELS loyalty program?
• LEVELS is BLISS personalised loyalty programme where you earn rewards on qualifying purchases. These points allow you to move up through the levels of the programme where you can access an exclusive selection of rewards.
• You will earn one reward for every AED1/QAR1/SNG1/SAR1 spent on qualifying purchases.
• There are terms and conditions that apply – you can find them here
How do I earn levels?
• You will earn 1 reward for every AED1/QAR1/SNG1/SAR1 spent online and in BLISS stores.
• Earned Rewards will show as pending in your dashboard within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Refer your friend and get 500 rewards.
• You may submit the most significant dates in BLISS calendar, as family birthdays, anniversaries, graduation etc, and you receive notification and extra rewards 7 days before and 7 days after your occasion.
• You will receive 500 rewards for your birthday and anniversary with Levels, 7 days before and 7 days after your birthday.
How do I spend my rewards?
• LEVELS Rewards allow you to graduate through the levels and experience exclusive benefits accordingly. The higher your level, the more rewards you will receive.
• You may redeem collected rewards for exclusive offers from Bliss or use a cachback to purchase at Bliss website or stores.
Will my Rewards expire?
• Your LEVELS Rewards is lifetime, they save at your account from the moment of first purchase with us.
How can I know my anniversary date?
• Your Anniversary Date is the day of first completed purchase with Bliss. You will be granted with 7 days before and 7 days after rewards
• You may submit the most significant dates in BLISS calendar, as family birthdays, anniversaries, graduation etc, and you receive notification and extra rewards 7 days before and 7 days after your occasion.
How fast will I receive rewards to my account after making a purchase?
• Earned Rewards will show as pending in your dashboard within 24 hours of placing your order. As LEVELS Rewards are only awarded on completed purchases, confirmed after 30 days, minus the value of points for any returned items.
