​-Unpack the flowers as soon as possible 

- Remove tie placed on flowers 

​- Recut flower stem 1/2 to 3/4 inches & place in cool/tepid water 

- Remove any foliage that would be underwater 

- Do not over crowd the flowers in the container/vase 

- Check the water level in the vase and replenish frequently 

- Flowers that go limp are not drinking well, therefore the stems should be be recut 

​- Always discard wilted blooms 

- Keep flowers away from drafts, direct sunlight & ripening fruits

We have three delivery slots per day; 10am-12pm, 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm and 6-8pm . 

The final cut off time is 6pm for same day delivery
